Cam Duncan
Executive Vice President
Cam leads STRAIT’s corporate management team and is responsible for company operations and execution of the corporate business plan. With over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Cam has been involved in all aspects of gas processing facility operations, construction, maintenance and turnarounds.
Robin Fox
Senior Vice President - Projects
Robin leads STRAIT’s project and construction management offices. With over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas construction industry, Robin has been involved in every stage of project execution starting in the field and working his way up to senior management.
Warren Clark
Vice President - Fabrication
Warren leads STRAIT’s fabrication teams. With over 30 years of experience, Warren has been involved in every aspect of construction, maintenance and turnarounds in the oil, gas, and industrial facility sector, starting in the field as a pipefitter apprentice and working his way through trade certification, foreman, supervisor, project management and up to senior corporate management positions.
Trent Barrows
Vice President - Pipeline
Trent leads STRAIT’s pipeline construction and integrity teams. With over 30 years of experience in pipeline construction and integrity, and having worked at every level of the industry from hands-on field operations to senior construction management, his deep technical knowledge and leadership experience ensure efficient project execution and strong alignment with client objectives.
Cody Shuman
Vice President - Mechanical
Cody oversees STRAIT's mechanical and facility-related projects for STRAIT, ranging from maintenance programs to large-scale construction. Cody is a Red Seal pipefitter
with over 14 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
Kevin Hoekstra
Vice President - Business Development
Kevin is responsible for the business development and branding efforts related to STRAIT’s growth and strategic customer partnerships. Kevin has more than 20 years of business development and operational leadership experience, and a proven track record of providing construction services and infrastructure material to the oil and gas and energy infrastructure sectors.
Shafina Kurji
Vice President - Finance
Shafina is a Chartered Professional Accountant and is the leader of STRAIT’s Finance, Human Resources and Legal teams, bringing extensive experience in finance to her role. Shafina is responsible for overseeing STRAIT’s M&A activities, legal affairs, insurance matters, and financial operations, including financial reporting, accounting, tax, and treasury functions.
Jackie Tolsma
Manager ‑ Health & Safety
Jackie leads STRAIT's Health, Safety, and Environmental programs and works closely with clients and regulators to ensure compliance. With 30 years of industry experience, Jackie is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional and also holds COR Auditor and LPN certifications.
Natasha Francoeur
Manager ‑ Quality Control
Natasha is STRAIT’s Quality Control Manager, bringing 15 years of industry experience to leading the company’s quality control program. She is a CSA 178.2 Level 2 Welding Inspector and holds multiple key certifications, including AMPP Coating Inspector Level 1, API 1169, API 510, and CWB Welding Supervisor.
